What types of pottery do you offer?
We offer a wide range of handmade pottery, including mugs, bowls, plates, vases, and decorative pieces. Each item is crafted with care and may have slight variations, making every piece unique.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are handmade right here in our Vancouver, BC, Canada studio.
How are your pieces made?
Our pottery is made using a variety of methods mainly, wheel thrown, hand built and slipcast, using high-quality clay and glazes. Each piece goes through several stages, including throwing or shaping, drying, bisque firing, glazing, and glaze firing, to ensure durability and beauty. Our pieces are fired using electric and gas fired kilns.
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Our pottery is microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted. However, we do recommend hand washing to extend the functional life of our pieces.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do accept custom orders! If you have a specific design, colour, or size in mind, please contact us using our Contact Form. Custom orders may take additional time, so we appreciate your patience.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our items are completely handmade and often made-to-order, please allow 2-3 weeks to process your order. Custom orders may take longer, with estimated delivery times provided upon order confirmation. Please refer to our shipping page for more information.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our work, all items are final sale. Our return policy applies to damaged or defective materials only. For stock items, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

What should I do if my pottery arrives damaged?
We take care to package each item securely, but if your pottery arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged item. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only set up to ship within Canada. However, if you are interested in shipping an item internationally, please contact us directly to discuss your options. Shipping rates and times vary based on location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
How can I care for my pottery?
To prolong the life of your pottery, avoid sudden temperature changes, and avoid using harsh cleaners. If there are specific care instructions they will be included in the individual product descriptions.
